We agree to provide you with the 360VUZ Service. The Service includes all of the 360VUZ products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance 360VUZ's mission: To bring you closer to the people and things you love. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):
People are different. We want to strengthen your relationships through shared experiences you actually care about. So we build systems that try to understand who and what you and others care about, and use that information to help you create, find, join, and share in experiences that matter to you. Part of that is highlighting content, Top happenings, features, offers, and accounts you might be interested in, and offering ways for you to experience 360VUZ, based on things you and others do on and off 360VUZ.
We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive, including when we think they might need help. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior. We use all the information we have-including your information-to try to keep our platform secure. We also may share information about misuse or harmful content with other 360VUZ Companies or law enforcement. Learn more in the Data Policy.
Organizing and analyzing information for our growing community is central to our Service. A big part of our Service is creating and using cutting-edge technologies that help us personalize, protect, and improve our Service on an incredibly large scale for a broad global community. Technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning give us the power to apply complex processes across our Service. Automated technologies also help us ensure the functionality and integrity of our Service.
360VUZ share technology, systems, insights, and information-including the information we have about you (learn more in the Data Policy) in order to provide services that are better, safer, and more secure. We also provide ways to interact across the 360VUZ Company Products that you use, and designed systems to achieve a seamless and consistent experience across the 360VUZ Company Products.
To provide our global Service, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside of your country of residence. This infrastructure may be owned or operated by 360VUZ.
We use data from 360VUZ and other 360VUZ Company Products, as well as from third-party partners, to show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content that we believe will be meaningful to you. And we try to make that content as relevant as all your other experiences on 360VUZ.
We use the information we have to study our Service and collaborate with others on research to make our Service better and contribute to the well-being of our community.
Providing our Service requires collecting and using your information. The Data Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information across the 360VUZ Products. It also explains the many ways you can control your information, including in the 360VUZ Privacy and Security Settings. You must agree to the Data Policy to use 360VUZ.
In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.
Who Can Use 360VUZ.
We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the 360VUZ community.
How You Can't Use 360VUZ.
Providing a safe and open Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.
Permissions You Give to Us. As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service.
Music and Video Guidelines
These supplemental terms apply if you post or share any videos or other content containing music or copyright videos on any 360VUZ Products.
You are responsible for the content you post
People use our Products to share content with their family and friends. Keep in mind you remain solely responsible for the content that you post, including any music or copyrighted video that features in that content. Nothing in these terms constitutes any authorization by us with respect to any use of music or copyrighted videos on any of our Products.
Use of music for commercial or non-personal purposes in particular is prohibited unless you have obtained appropriate licenses.
You may not use videos on our Products to create a music listening experience
We want you to be able to enjoy videos posted by family and friends. However, if you use videos on our Products to create a music listening experience for yourself or for others, your videos will be blocked and your page, profile or group may be deleted. This includes Live.
Unauthorized content may be removed
If you post content that contains music owned by someone else, your content may be blocked, or may be reviewed by the applicable rights owner and removed if your use of that music is not properly authorized.
You may not be able to post or access videos containing music in every country of the world
We want you to be able to share videos with your family and friends wherever they are, but any music in your video, if it is allowed at all, may not be available in all countries of the world.

Who Is Responsible if Something Happens.
How We Will Handle Disputes.
If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms ("claim"), and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of United Arab Emirates will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them, and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.

Live 360 Channel Subscription Details
If you have purchased a subscription to 360VUZ, you will be charged on a monthly basis to watch exclusive 360º Live videos of a specific channel. If you have purchased a subscription to on of the Live 360 Channels on 360VUZ, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. However, if you access the 360VUZ app within the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your purchase. The auto-renewable nature of the subscription to a channel is on a monthly basis for the specific 360 Live channel the user have subscribed to to watch all the 360 Lives under that channel.
You may cancel your subscription to any channel on 360VUZ at any time via the mobile app. The termination shall have effect at the expiry of the then-current subscription period that you have already paid for the 1 month and you will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for (unless with the 14-day period and under the conditions described above).
The content will be provided after subscription are 360 Live Event Broadcasts of top exclusive events and master classes.
Length of subscription of 360 Live Channels is Monthly with access to Live 360 Videos Under The Subscribed Channel or every 3 Months based on the Channel. Price of subscription differs based on each channel however currently channel subscriptions ranges between $2.49 and $10. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase 360VUZ reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service. If 360VUZ terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity, 360VUZ shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our app, register on the app, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site/App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site/App anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site/App related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site/App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site/App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site/App. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site/App and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site/App or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site/App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site/App. Your continued use of the Site/App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
